  • The Unhealthy Pitfalls of the Executive Lifestyle - Executives face different health risks.  These risks are defined and direction is given on how to avoid the traps many executives fall into.  The goal is to promote personal resposibility for making good healthy choices.
  • Providing a Healthy Environment for Your Executives - Most executives spend long hours at the office.  The office should be warm and inviting.  There are simple tips to making your exectuves more productive and loyal through the use of environmental changes.  This speech is a colaboration of the physicians and Judy Gaman, BSHS, CMA, CCRC, CID who also owns a commercial remodeling company and has studied the effects of environment on the human body.

  • The Woman's Role as the Family Health Manager - Women are generally the one in charge of making doctor appointments, following shot records, and bearing the burden of a stressed and unhealthy spouse.  This talk helps woman take charge of the role and understand the importance of prevention.
